If you want information about a particular route, our availability, or our service fees, sending us an e-mail or a fax is a better option. You can send an e-mail by clicking here. Our fax number is 414.226.6604. Please specify:
- The number of riders and their ages
- The exact street addresses of the pick-up and drop-off locations
- The dates on which, and through which, you need service
- The time of day that the riders need to arrive at a location, or be picked up from a location.

What is “My Account”
It’s a feature that’s all about you. Using My Account, customers can review and request changes to their riders’ routes and schedules. To request a user name and password call 414.212.8855, or select the box to the right.
